New facility in Central Java enhances localized supply chain, offering annual capacity of 4 million pairs of footwear components
Fuxiang today announced the official commencement of mass production at its seventh manufacturing plant, located in the Brebes Regency area of Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone in Fuxiang’s global supply chain deployment, specifically strengthening its manufacturing footprint in Indonesia to better serve the growing Southeast Asian market.
The new facility, which broke ground in Junly 2025, is equipped with state-of-the-art automated production lines and intelligent management systems. Spanning approximately 15,117 square meters, the plant specializes in the development and manufacturing of high-performance footwear components. This investment underscores Fuxiang’s commitment to delivering superior product quality and responsive supply chain services through enhanced local manufacturing capabilities.
Fuxiang’s global strategy is consistently centered on addressing core customer needs. With rising demand from brand partners across Southeast Asia, the new Indonesia plant is poised to significantly reduce lead times and accelerate R&D collaboration. The facility boasts an initial annual production capacity of four million pairs, providing reliable supply chain support for regional customers. Over the next 2–3 years, Fuxiang plans to further expand its Southeast Asia presence by integrating local supply chain resources and establishing dedicated local development teams, offering end-to-end localized support from R&D to mass production.
